We recognize that not everyone has the means nor the time to transport bikes and paddle boards all over town. And let's be honest, sometimes it's hard to know where to start when you're new to the area! With our easy online booking and hassle free delivery and pick-up, you can spend more time seeing all that Leavenworth has to offer. You won't need to worry about finding parking downtown or doing a bunch of research to find what you're looking for! We also have a ton of recommendations on where to go and what to do once you have your gear!

We deliver to any physical address within Leavenworth and the immediate surrounding communities. Our general delivery radius is 30 minutes from downtown. If you have questions or are outside of that and want to see if we can help, shoot us an email.

Yes, all users and reservation holders must be at least 21 years old. 

Typically we need at least 24-hrs notice for all bookings to ensure your rental is ready for you. However, if you are looking for something on shorter notice, please reach out to us via email and we will see how we can help. 

If you need to cancel or change reservation details, you will need to contact us directly via email. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 1- week in advance of your delivery date. Cancellations made less than 1-week but more than 48-hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, but we would be happy to assist you in re-booking. If you cancel within 48-hours of your scheduled delivery, you are not eligible for refund or re-booking. 

There is a 1 day minimum on all rentals, but there is no limit to the number of days you can add to your reservation. One rental day is 8am to 6pm unless otherwise confirmed with us. If you plan to rent for longer than 7 days, please contact us directly to help set up your reservation.

If you want to extend your reservation, please contact us directly via email and we can add days at the multi-day discounted rate. Extensions will be subject to availability.

Things happen- we get that. Please communicate as soon as you know that you are going to be late for the scheduled pick up. If a pick-up is delayed by more than 1 hour,  half of the daily rate will be charged to the order. If a pick up is delayed by 4 hours or more, a full daily rate will be charged to the order.

Yes! The rates listed on the rentals page are for a base 1-day rental. As additional days are added, multi-day discounts are automatically applied.

If you choose to add rental protection to your rental, it covers the following items during your rental period:

Accessories: The full cost of repairing or replacing all included accessories (charger, bike lock helmet, paddle, fins, leash, carrying bags etc.).

Rental Assistance: If you have issues with your rental such as a leak, flat tire or a dead battery, we will come to you. 

Theft/Damage: If your E-Bike or Paddle Board is stollen or damaged, you will only be responsible for at most 50% of the retail cost of replacing or repairing the item.

 If you do not include rental protection with your rental, you will be responsible for the full retail cost of replacing or repairing any rented items and included accessories and rental assistance will not be included.

You will need a physical address to complete your booking online and will need to be physically present for both delivery and pick-up of your rental. If you have a unique situation, or want to see if we can accomodate a different set up, please contact us directly to help with your booking.

All of our E-Bike rentals include delivery and pick up, a standard wall charger, a bike helmet with built in LED light for safety and a combination bike lock to keep your bike safe and secure while not in use.

All of our SUP rentals include delivery and pick up, a hand pump to inflate the board, an assortment of fins to accommodate for differing water conditions, an adjustable paddle to accommodate for differing heights, a safety leash and a carrying bag.

Each rental listing states which terrain is best suited for each Bike and you should choose based on size and terrain you will be riding on. If you are looking for a different bike than what we offer, please let us know and we can help refer you to another local business.

Although our E-bikes are water resistant, they are not water proof. Riding or parking the bikes in light rain is generally ok, but bikes should not be ridden through standing water and should not be hosed down.

Each E-bike comes with a wall charger that plugs into a standard outlet and is plugged directly into the bike.

Yes. You can ride your rental using standard gear shifting without pedal assist until you are able to recharge.

Battery life is dependent on a number of factors including terrain, level of pedal assist/ throttle, distance, length of use and the rider. The maximum range under normal riding conditions is 50-70 miles depending on model.
